÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ announced today that it intends to offer €310 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2024 issued by ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ European Holdings S.A., a subsidiary of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, and $350 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2026 issued by ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Americas LLC and ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Americas Capital Corp. V, subsidiaries of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, subject to market conditions.
